Friday Night Tutored Tasting with Thames Side Brewery!
Make NERAX extra special with a tutored tasting from 7:30 to 8:30 pm!
Andy Hayward, owner of Thames Side Brewery in Staines upon Thames, Surrey, will lead us on the tasting and discussion of Andy’s choice of four quarter-pint selections from the stillage!
Ever since Andy was a slim youth reveling in the local pubs of New Malden, his love for real ale has endured. The hops, the barley, the malt and the pub in which it was served all merged to give an “I’m home” sensation.
Through the years (even as early as the late 1970s) Andy experimented with making and creating his own beer at his various homes both in the US and UK (In hops there is home). He has attended beer festivals and drinking establishments in a number of countries with a genuine interest in the beer, the local influence and the process of making it.
$15 pp, includes beer samples.
PLEASE NOTE, this is a Session Add-On. Participants must also have Friday Session Tickets.
