Setup

For setup, we could use lots of people on Sunday to help unload our gear and build the stillage. If you have cellaring skills, your help would be much appreciated on Monday or Tuesday morning.

Festival Sessions and Preferred Tasks

During the festival, we ask that you arrive about half an hour before the session starts (i.e. 5:30 for a 6:00 session start) to check in with the staffing manager and to meet with your supervisor to discuss what you will need to do during the session. We also ask that you stay for about a half hour after the session ends (i.e. 10:30 for a 10:00 session end) to help clean up the hall.

Please note that the Friday session will run a little later, and the Saturday sessions are two separate sessions.
