The following is the final 2010 German cask list.
We served three German beers, one each on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Now that the festival is over, the beer has been drunk, and the stillage taken down.
We look forward to seeing you at NERAX North this fall and NERAX next year!
Note that all casks will not be available at every session. To enhance your enjoyment, a beer will only be served when it has the correct clarity and carbonation level. Beers will drop bright at different rates due to a wide range of factors. Venting times to adjust the carbonation levels also vary. Thus some cask ales will be ready to serve before others and thus some casks as listed as being on the stillage will not served in some sessions. Though if a beer is listed as being on the stillage, and has been served earlier in the festival, it has a good chance of being served at the next session.
As the festival goes on, we will try to indicate which beers will be available each session. However note that this information will usually be available just before the start of the session, as that is when the cellaring team decides whether a beer is in proper condition to be served.

Klosterbrauerei Weissenohe (Weissenohe ) — Monk’s Fest— Will not be served
"""Pours a fairly clear amber with a small white head. Nice lacing. Smells clearly of caramel malts; very slightly fruity. Simple, but not one dimensional. More strong caramel malt in the taste with a lot of mineral character. Earthy. Light hops toward the finish dry it out and make it incredibly drinkable. The kind of thing you could drink all day long. -- Beer Advocate (Reviews)"""

Klosterbrauerei Weissenohe (Weissenohe ) — Bonifacious Dunkel (Monk’s Christmas)— Will not be served
"""Big dark toast and iron in the nose, the German malt profile is HUGE in this beer. Flavors are toasty and quite dry with some dusting of cocoa powder, a tinge of herbal hop in the finish. -- Beer Advocate (Reviews)"""

Ahornberger Landbrauerei (Konradsreuth ) — Maerzen— Will not be served
"""The nose is strong and full of freshly baked pumpernickel bread - very enticing. The mouth is light and moderately prickly. Lots of malt here, both sweet caramel and bready grain. The hops are polite at first, remaining in the background while the sweet stuff does its thing. Then they slowly build, like a wave starting at the back of the jowels. The dry bitter reaches crescendo just after the finish, leaving an inviting mix of sweet and bitter to linger long into the aftertaste. -- Beer Advocate (Reviews)"""

Lang Brau (Wunseidel ) — Amber Maerzen— Kicked
"""Mild sweetness with a delicate hop character, very wet earth like. The palate opens with a grainy, caramel-like sweetness with some light bitterness. Soft and refreshing, there’s a great hop character with a reserved bitterness. Fresh bread, delicate earthy hop character make for a great beer. Medium-light in body, with a soft, creamy carbonation, this beer is quite drinkable. -- Beer Advocate (Reviews)"""

BrauereiGashhof Rothenbach Sonnenhof (Aufseb ) — Dark Maerzen— Kicked
"""The nose is all German lager, with bread dough and honey. It’s quite attractive. Flavors replicate the nose in this moderately sweet beer, but with just a hint of refreshing bitterness on the finish. Mouthfeel is fairly light, although the beer has plenty of flavor. Alcohol is no more then an afterthought in this lovely beer, and you could drink steins of this all day. A very nice beer. -- Beer Advocate (Reviews)"""
